Future COAG regulatory reform agenda

The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) should not proceed with mass-distance-location pricing, the ATA has argued in a submission to the COAG Business Regulation and Competition Working Group.

The submission also makes eight other recommendations about COAG’s future regulatory reform agenda. It recommends that regulations should be based on best practice, and that there should be an external review process for local government access decisions.
